One of our Four Pillars at Camp Hecate is Belonging, and we know it’s really difficult to feel like you belong most places if you’re a Spoonie. Our curriculum increases your chances of healthy and happy participation by providing intentional breaks throughout the day to prevent overload and burnout. We are striving to send you home feeling recharged, not depleted!
At Camp Hecate, one of our intentions is to send you home with a toolkit full of accessible, familiar ways to maintain the high vibe you’ll catch here at camp. When you go home you’ll take with you:
Yoga Nidra practice
Daily routines that encourage peace
Resources to effect change
NEW MOON MAGIC
Our camp session is designed to coincide with the New Moon in April. At Camp Hecate, you will learn about the moon phases, how they affect humans and women especially, and how to create a personalized New Moon ritual.
Receive a crystal that our director selects especially for you!
